Conference Location

Both Southwest General Health Center and Polaris Career Center are adjacent to the Lake to Lake Trail. Conference attendees arrived and registered at Polaris. Most chose the short walk on the trail to attend morning sessions at Southwest General. Shuttle service was also provided.

The morning ended with a presentation about the Trail along with a brief tour. Attendees arrived back at Polaris Career Center for lunch, exhibits and afternoon sessions.

A special public session at Polaris, Happy Trails & Healthy People Health & Trails Fair, followed the Conference.
